NOTE: For best results don’t turn your fireplace or fire pit on high for long periods of time. Keep the flame adjusted to approximately 4-5 inches high (low to medium flame). High flames can and will cause higher heat than some of our toppers can actually sustain.
If you must have an extremely high heat output or high flame, move the toppers to the outer edges to protect them and then replace them when you are finished burning your fireplace or pit.
Never put cold or room temperature glass in a hot burning fireplace. Doing so will cause the glass to crack, break or fly out of the fireplace.
Always “seat” the topper in the base glass. This is accomplished by pressing lightly on the topper and pushing it into the base glass. This will add life to the color of the toppers.
Not following these rules will “void” the warranty of the toppers, Ice Ice Ice, drops, diamonds, flats or rounds. |
